The Las Vegas airport is less than 15 minutes from the tourism corridor and less than 30 minutes away from the major suburbs.
-
There are hundreds of master planned, gated communities, some including lakes and golf courses, as well as private multimillion dollar homes outside the metropolitan area.
-
The excellent bus system, ride share, taxi, monorail (and soon subway and train) systems are among the cleanest, most efficient of all major metropolitan cities.
Finance
-
Nevada has no state income tax
(sales tax is 8.25%).
