Las Vegas High Rise and mid-rise properties may be offered as all residential, in which the owner may reside in or lease their unit year-round, as a Condo-Hotel, in which the owner may use the unit in a restricted time period, with the remainder managed by the hotel, as a shared property, wherein some units are hotel rooms or timeshares and others owned but restricted or Hybrid, where some units remain as hotel rooms and others owned with year-round residency.
