One block east of the strip, behind the Venetian resort is the 25 story (366 ft.) tall, 516 foot wide Sphere.  The outside is powered by 1.2 million - 600,000 square feet, of programmable lighting, creating the highest resolution screen in the world at 19,000 by 13,500 pixels .

 

The inside can seat nearly 18,000 people who are immersed in a 'beamforming' acoustic system with 157,000 speakers and a haptic system enabling viewers to 'feel' the sound.

At the northernmost point where the 'Strip' meets the actual Las Vegas city limits is the tallest observation tower in the United States, connected to the Strat Casino Resort.

    Located within a ten minute walk of each other, near the central part of the Strip, are the two best, and highest places to experience spectacular views and more.

    High Roller Observation Wheel:  The world’s tallest passenger cabin Ferris wheel at 550 feet, with 28 cabins, accommodating up to 40 passengers each. One revolution lasts 30 minutes, providing unparalleled views through the floor to ceiling glass pods. Two of the cars provide unlimited drink service for the duration of the ride.

     

    Eiffel Tower Experience at Paris Casino:  View the Strip from an enclosed, open-air deck located 46 stories up on the half scale replica of the Paris landmark. Located at the top is perhaps the most desirable restaurant in Las Vegas with its ambiance and view of the Bellagio fountains. From the Strip, enjoy a free light show illuminating the tower every 30 minutes from sunset to midnight.
