Pinball Museum Las Vegas

Originally opened in 2006 and moved in 2009 to another Tropicana Boulevard location, just off the Vegas Strip, the new 28,000 sq. ft. building will be located near the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign and is expected to nearly triple its current inventory of classic machines to over 700.

LVCC 

Work on the renovation of the South Hall is complete. The new West Hall debuted in 2021. Work on the North Hall started January 2024.

The 777-room 44 story resort is the tallest hotel north of the Strip and includes the longest outdoor bar on the Fremont Street Experience and a 3 story sports book with a 78-million-pixel high-def screen. 'Stadium Swim' will have its own huge screen at the year round temperature controlled pools.

The first completely new resort on the Strip since Cosmopolitan in 2010. This state of the art resort will feature a 110,000-sq.ft. casino floor, 3,500 rooms, including villas, open balconies, and a sky casino, along with 40 restaurants.

Boring Company  Las Vegas

Boring Company Loop 

The 'Boring Company' underground tunnel system transports passengers in Tesla electric vehicles among three Las Vegas Convention Center expo halls and Resorts World. Plans exist for and additional 93 stations and 68 miles of tunnels to be built.

An $84 million 6,000-seat indoor arena funded by the Vegas Golden Knights and the city of Henderson. Home to AHL Henderson Silver Knights, Vegas Knight Hawks Indoor Football and Vegas Thrill Pro Volleyball. Dollar Loan Center naming rights agreed to in March 2021 acquired in 2024 by Lee's Discount Liquor.

Bally's rebranded to Horseshoe Casino

Caesars Entertainment's rebranding and updating its Bally’s casino to 'Horseshoe Las Vegas', made it he sixth Horseshoe named casino, joining those in Maryland, Louisiana, Iowa and Mississippi. The original MGM Grand building received it's new logo and signage in the first quarter 2023.

A $400 million 40-acre WELL certified campus with 500,000 sq ft of office space, 800 residential units, This modern urban destination inclluded upscale outdoor shopping and dining and upon completion it will feature nearly 30 restaurants, bars and eateries including Top Chef and Michelin-recognized offerings. 

Sphere

Concert and movie venue. 366 ft H x  516 ft W 17,500 seat arena each seat having high speed internet, 19,000 x13,500 LED screens crossing the interior with sound delivered via the floorboards. A screen measuring 160,000 sq ft viewable from the outside. This is the largest spherical structure in the world.

Durango  Casino

Station Casinos will build a 83,000 sq. ft. casino with 200 guest rooms and 4 restaurants .will be built near the new 'Uncommons' property, 10 miles west of the airport  south of the 215 beltway. 

Fontainebleau 

Opened December 13, 2023

Begun in 2005, this 735-foot hotel was to be the sister property to Fontainebleau Miami. Construction was halted and later sold to a development company with plans to open as the 'Drew'. It was sold back to Fontainbleau developers in 2021 and after nearly 20 years is nearing completion and expected to be open for New Year's Eve 2024.

63 Las Vegas

Situated on Harmon corner within the City Center campus (at the location of the ill-fated Harmon Hotel) will be another high end retail complex, this one a four story retail only construction. Ocean Prime, Museum of Illusions and a gift shop were the first businesses to open in the newest Strip shopping mall.

Interesting name for a golf venue in Vegas but the latest  from ‘The Institute of Competitive Socializing’, with locations in London, New York and Washington D.C., at Swingers will offer what the Brits call ‘crazy golf’. Alongside inventive course layouts and a cocktail or two, you’ll find bars, street food, DJs and the friendliest of staff. It’s mini-golf, but not quite as you know it.
